Account Manager – Brisbane

Harness energy requires a driven and self-motivated Account Manager to meet demand and increase our ever-developing portfolio and client base.

Job tasks and responsibilities

This rapid growth, together with a well established and respected value proposition, requires a driven and self-motivated Account Manager to meet demand and increase our ever-developing portfolio and client base. With the support of the wider team you will be able to use and develop innovative sales strategies to generate maximum revenue as well as increase our customer database. Primarily you will be making inroads into new business through using face-to-face strategies.

Selection Criteria:

  • Understanding of the Learning & Development needs of heavy industry
  • Understanding of the Personnel supply market
  • Demonstrable experience in winning business as well as growing a successful pipeline
  • Proven B2B Experience
  • Must have experience selling to Training, Labour Supply and similar services
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships through understanding client’s needs and then providing a solution.

RTO Trainer & Assessors – Australia

Positions include:

  • Brisbane, Toowoomba, Chinchilla and Roma Operations
  • Field Experience Essential (Industry Currency)

Junior Administration Assistant – Brisbane

Harness is seeking to employ a Junior Administration Assistant to join the Training Team. The successful candidate’s core duties are the day to day administration of the RTO (Registered Training Organisation), consisting of general office duties, answering calls, registration of students, data entry and filing. This is a fantastic career opportunity to join a successful RTO who will support, guide and mentor you in your new role. You will work very closely with the Training and Compliance Team.

This full time role is open to everyone, but, we are particularly looking for someone who is looking at starting a career in office administration. The position will be commence in the New Year.

Duties will include:

  • Data entry functions – Enrolment & Feedback Forms;
  • Printing, binding and distribution of course material;
  • Manage stock levels;
  • General filing of completed course material;
  • General administration tasks.

To be the successful candidate you should possess:

  • Ability to work in an open office;
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent team player with positive can do attitude;
  • Efficient and effective communication skills;
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work autonomously plus also work well as part of a team.

RTO Trainer & Assessor – PNG

  • Based at the Harness PNG training facility just outside of Port Moresby, Central Province
  • At least 2 years experience in a Training and Assessing role is essential
  • Possess currency in the units/qualification being delivered
  • Must have current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE 40110

Due to business growth we are advertising a Full Time, Permanent Trainer &
Assessor Role to add to our depth in quality Trainers for our PNG facility. Our PNG facility offers accredited Safety and Induction and High Risk Training to the Oil & Gas, Mining,
Construction and High Risk industries.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development, excellent time management, communication, administration and computing skills and a positive and can-do attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will deliver the following courses:

  • RIIHAN203D – Conduct Lifting Operations
  • TLILIC2005 – License to operate boom type elevating work platform (Boom Length 11m or more)
  • RIIHAN301D – Operate an EWP (competent to operate boom lift, vertical lift and scissor lift)
  • RIIMP0304D – Front End Loader
  • RIIHAN208D – Dogging
  • RIHAN209D – Rigging
  • RIIHAN201D – Forklift
  • Safety & Induction Courses – Working At Heights, Confined Space Entry, Provide First Aid, First Response to Fire, Breathing Apparatus
